Position: Program Manager, Programme Team – Affluent Segment

Location: Mumbai

Grade : AVP – M4/M5

Role Overview: As a Head Office Support Resource in the Programme Team, you will play a pivotal role in developing proposition for HNI/UHNI segment, developing and implementing strategies to ensure we capture the segment effectively in the market. It is a well-rounded, strategic role that requires both critical & creative thinking, reasoning, frequent consumer interaction, thorough data analysis, trend spotting and problem solving along with Customer to Concept to Product delivery

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating the vision for brand - including uplifting the proposition and product design basis deep consumer understanding, and the experience creation of the customer – basically layout a plan on how will the affluent customer experience the proposition. This involves both digital and physical experiences, direct to customer communications, and collaborating with team on-ground to ensure the vision is executed brilliantly.

Candidates will need to be passionate about consumer needs & understanding, and skilled in brand design, social media marketing, and product development. They will also need to be knowledgeable on consumer habits and attitudes as well as the culture. In addition, they will require the following experiences and qualities:

  • Experience in leading a cross-functional teams, navigating through complexity with speed & agility.
  • A collaborative working style/approach to teamwork, especially with business teams, agencies, and across functions.
  • An intuition for consumer insights, understanding consumers, and bringing in the consumer voice into the work.
  • Basic appreciation or working knowledge of the business operations of banking/finance industry is a big plus.
