Job Title: Tally Accountant & Admin Executive Key Responsibilities

Accounting (Tally ERP/Prime):

  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally, including sales, purchases, expenses, and journal vouchers
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and supporting documents for audits
  • Maintain proper records of invoices, vouchers, and ledgers

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office documentation, filing, and correspondence
  • Assist with vendor management, quotations, and purchase orders
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth office operations
  • Support HR/admin tasks such as attendance tracking, travel arrangements, and office supplies
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1 years of experience in accounting with strong Tally ERP/Prime knowledge
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to handle both accounts and admin responsibilities independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
