**Education**:

- 12th Pass,B.COM,M.COM,BBA,MBA OR Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.

**Eligibility**:
**Skillset -**
- Tally PRIME,GST Filing, TDS,BRS & Final Accounts
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the superb organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Critical thinker with a high proficiency in math.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent report writing, communication and IT skills.
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software packages.

**Languages - **English,Hindi And Marathi.

**Previous Designation **
- Tally Operator / Associate.
- Assistant Accountant
- Staff Accountant
- Trainee Accountant
- Accountant Clerk
- Accounting Associate.

**Duties And Responsibilities:

- **
- Must be proficient in Tally.
- Provide financial information to the company and prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Substantiate financial transaction by auditing documents.
- Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
- Settle financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Maintain financial security
- Ensure the company is compliant with all tax regulations

**Required skills**:

- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Good analytical skills
- Strong attention to details
- Good communication skills
- Time management and organizational Skills.
