**Job Summary**:
The Store Executive is responsible for managing store operations, overseeing inventory, and ensuring the smooth handling of goods within the store. This role involves using **Tally Prime** for inventory management, billing, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels. The Store Executive plays a key role in supporting day-to-day store activities and ensuring compliance with company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Use **Tally Prime** to update and track inventory levels in real-time.
- Ensure proper recording of stock movements, including goods receipt, returns, and sales transactions.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Track product shelf life and ensure products are rotated according to expiration dates (if applicable).
- **Billing & Invoicing**:

- Process customer orders and generate accurate invoices through **Tally Prime**.
- Ensure that all sales transactions are recorded correctly in the system, including payments and returns.
- Provide accurate reports on sales, stock levels, and pending orders to management.
- **Goods Receiving & Dispatch**:

- Oversee the receipt of goods, ensuring that deliveries match purchase orders and are properly recorded in **Tally Prime**.
- Coordinate the dispatch of goods to customers or other locations, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- **Stock Organization**:

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of products in the store.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store and storage areas to prevent stock damage and ensure efficient retrieval.
- Assist with arranging products on shelves according to category or sales priority.
- **Record Keeping & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, sales transactions, and purchase orders in **Tally Prime**.
- Prepare regular reports for management on inventory levels, sales performance, and stock discrepancies.
- Monitor and report on slow-moving or overstocked items to optimize inventory levels and reduce wastage.
- **Customer Support**:

- Assist customers with queries regarding product availability, pricing, and returns.
- Support the sales team by providing accurate information on stock and product details.
- Handle returns and exchanges, ensuring compliance with store policies and proper recording in **Tally Prime**.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Experience in inventory management, retail operations, or a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in **Tally Prime** or similar inventory management software.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and stock management practices.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic inventory and billing issues in **Tally Prime**.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
