**Job Summary**:
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering financial transactions into Tally software, maintaining records, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. This role ensures data integrity, proper documentation, and timely updates to support the accounting team.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Data Entry & Accounting**
- Enter financial transactions, invoices, purchase orders, and receipts into Tally ERP.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, records, and statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

**2. Record Keeping & Documentation**
- Ensure proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
- Maintain digital and physical copies of financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.

**3. Financial & GST Compliance**
- Enter GST, TDS, and other tax-related entries in Tally.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

**4. Coordination & Support**
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for financial documentation.
- Support the finance team in audits and reconciliations.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime**.
- Strong data entry skills with accuracy and speed.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry or accounting roles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
