**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records using Tally software.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and balance sheets.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and receipts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Monitor and update accounting data entries in Tally.
- Perform general administrative duties related to accounting and finance.
- Support in audits and tax filing processes as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience using Tally accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of GST and other tax-related procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
