
Performance Marketer Manager

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance-based marketing campaigns to drive measurable growth in leads, sales, and other key business metrics. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in digital advertising platforms, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including SEM, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and display advertising to achieve targeted ROI and performance goals.
Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversions.
Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness and user experience.
Monitor budget allocation, track expenses, and ensure campaigns are executed within budget while maximizing performance.
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to track campaign performance and generate regular reports for stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve performance marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in performance marketing or digital advertising, with a strong track record of driving successful campaigns.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
