Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Head to lead, expand, and accelerate our online presence across all major e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will drive our digital growth strategy, manage multi-platform operations, and establish Jensons International as a dominant player in the online kitchenware market.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management & Growth

  • Lead and manage operations across major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Swiggy, and other relevant marketplaces

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to increase market share, visibility, and sales on each platform

  • Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize ROI

  • Monitor and analyze platform-specific metrics, trends, and consumer behavior

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement long-term e-commerce growth strategies aligned with company objectives

  • Identify new market opportunities and emerging platforms for business expansion

  • Create and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and performance targets

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams

Operations Management

  • Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination across platforms

  • Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms with platform partners

  • Implement efficient processes for order processing, customer service, and returns management

Performance Optimization

  • Drive revenue growth through data-driven decision making and performance analysis

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research

  • Optimize conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value

  • Implement A/B testing for product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team

  • Provide mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities

  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics for team members

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Experience & Expertise

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in consumer goods or kitchenware industry

  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple e-commerce platforms simultaneously

  • Strong track record of driving significant revenue growth and market expansion

  • Experience with quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart) is highly preferred

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools, marketplace dashboards, and reporting systems

  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising

  • Experience with inventory management systems and ERP integration

  • Knowledge of marketplace policies, compliance requirements, and best practices
