Summary /Purpose of the role

  • To generate the Spares Business for SMPD Pumps in the region to meet the AOP finalized for Spares.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate & Maintain Customer data bank of the area.
  • Spares sale through spares distributors and expansion of their retail network.
  • Maintaining Profitability: AOP for Sales Contribution; Ensuring Payments
  • Complying reports as per guide lines set in Commercial policy.
  • Fixing & maintaining Buffer Stock of spares at distributor/Dealer
  • Increased REACH: Nurturance of New Appointments and Customer Visit & Record updating
  • To formulate Weak District Strategy" as per district potential
  • Appointment of New Channel Partners.
  • Involve in marketing activity with channel partner
  • Participate in Dealer/Mechanic/Plumber meet to educate them for spares. Initiate and execute Promotional activities like Seminars/ Exhibitions /Customer Direct-mailer/ In-House seminars/ Influencers Meets/ASC meet
  • Collecting data from market and give market feedback in terms of quality/price/competition
  • Continuous visiting and meeting with Dealer/Distributor/Mechanics/Organizations/ASC
  • Follow-up for Breakdown orders with plant and Dealers
  • Settlement of Dealers claims
  • Business of Value Added Product & Service
