Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager . The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned region, including overseeing retailer and distributor performance, ensuring sales targets are met, and implementing strategic sales plans. The role involves regular travel within the region to monitor market trends, identify new sales opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and strategic sales planning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SFM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
