Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Noida. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online support, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role will also involve handling technical support queries and actively assisting customers with various issues and concerns.

- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
