About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Real Estate Sales Executive
to join our team in Goa. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and marketing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in real estate or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels
  • Manage client inquiries and provide property consultations
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies for property promotions
  • Negotiate and close sales deals

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum
    3 to 8 years of experience
    in real estate sales or similar field
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of the real estate market in Goa
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
