Job Profile: Sales Manager – EventsPosition Overview
The Sales Manager – Events is responsible for generating event business, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves identifying new opportunities, pitching event solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation
- Drive event sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities across corporate, social, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors.
- Prepare and present customized event proposals and packages.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and partners.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable event solutions.
- Manage client negotiations, closures, agreements, and follow-ups.
Event Coordination Support
- Coordinate with the operations, creative, production, and logistic teams for event planning.
- Attend site visits and client meetings when required.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed events to the operations team.
Market Research & Strategy
- Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities.
- Provide strategic insights to improve packages, pricing, and sales approach.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹23, ₹35,000.00 per month
