**Job Role & Responsibilities**

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing our customer base. Your key responsibilities include:
**1. Client Acquisition & Retention**:

- Proactively identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

**2. Sales & Revenue Generation**:

- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals as set by the management.
- Presenting, promoting, and selling media/services using effective sales techniques.

**3. Market Analysis**:

- Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
- Providing feedback to the management to improve media offerings or strategies.

**4. Reporting**:

- Preparing regular sales reports, documenting client interactions, and providing updates on leads and prospects.

**5. Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinating with marketing and media teams to align efforts.
- Sharing insights to develop effective strategies for customer engagement.

**Working Hours and Phone Call Policy**:
**Regular Hours**: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays until 2:00 PM. Fieldwork may require occasional extended hours, prior approval must be sought for any adjustments. You may opt to work from home once a month, provided you inform us at least three days in advance.

**Lunch Break**: 1 hour. (1:30 PM to 2:30 PM)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
