  1. Strategic Sales and Key Account Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts (e.g., OEMs, Utilities, Large Industrials). Drive complex, long-cycle B2B sales processes, ensuring high conversion rates for transformer orders.

  2. Market Analysis and Business Planning: Conduct in-depth market research on transformer technology, competitor offerings, and regional regulatory trends. Develop annual sales plans, targets, and strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the allied product line presence.

  3. Commercial & Technical Negotiation: Lead all major commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and technical clarifications. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure proposed solutions meet customer specifications and profitability targets.

  4. Team Leadership and Mentoring: Manage, train, and mentor the Engineer Sales team within the Transformers portfolio. Provide guidance on technical selling, proposal creation, and market engagement strategies.

  5. Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate, timely sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management. Utilize CRM tools effectively to track sales activities and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory. An MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.

Experience (Minimum):

Minimum 8 years of B2B technical sales experience in the electrical equipment industry, with at least 5 years preferably selling Power and Distribution Transformers, or high-voltage allied products. Proven team management/mentoring experience required.

Required Skills

Expert knowledge of Power and Distribution Transformer principles, applications, and relevant industry standards (e.g., IS, IEC). Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent pipeline management and CRM proficiency.

Pay: ₹700, ₹900,000.00 per year
