**Designation**: Sales Associate
**Reporting to**: Area Sales Executive

**Objective**:
Responsible for generating sales through client visits, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Soft Skills Required**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Resilient in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of market dynamics.

**Qualification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Business/Marketing is a plus).

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of on-field sales or similar experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily client visits to generate sales.
- Meet/exceed sales targets.
- Gather market insights and report sales activities.
- Manage customer relationships and handle inquiries.
- Plan and manage sales territory efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies.

**Note**: Job responsibilities may change as per company needs.

Pay from Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 25,000/
- Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
