• Monitor and inspect the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and analyze defects, non-conformists, and quality issues in the manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and work instructions to improve product quality and consistency.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to production associates on quality standards, best practices, and quality control methods.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new product introduction processes to ensure quality requirements are met from the outset.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Communicate and report on quality performance, issues, and improvement initiatives to management and relevant stakeholders.
