Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing process improvements, ensuring quality control and regulatory compliance, and optimizing manufacturing efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, six sigma methodologies, and statistical process control.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design for Manufacturability (DFMA&T): Provide feedback to ensure products are designed with ease of manufacturing, assembly, and test.
  • Process Improvement: Lead the deployment and implementation of continuous improvements across manufacturing processes.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality standards are met through the analysis and resolution of manufacturability issues.
Skills Requirement
  • Mechanical Manufacturing Methodologies: Knowledge of machining, metal forming, joining, and assembly processes.
  • Technical Documentation: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, manufacturing operations, tooling sheets, work instructions, and inspection requirements.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project for managing timelines and resources effectively.
