Eva Ad Ventures Private Limited is pioneering innovative digital and outdoor advertising solutions. We are looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to spearhead our rapid expansion across the Pune market.

Role Overview: Pune Market Leader

This is an on-field leadership role responsible for the successful expansion of our digital network in Pune. This position requires significant local travel and reports remotely to the Jaipur Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Location Scouting & Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and secure prime sites for new digital billboard installations based on visibility and commercial viability (Feasibility).
  • Property Negotiation: Initiate contact, negotiate commercial lease terms, and finalize Site Acquisition Agreements with landlords and property owners.
  • Permit & Clearances: Act as the primary liaison with local Municipal Authorities (PMC/PCMC, RTO) to prepare, submit, and secure all necessary Government Permits and No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records and ensure 100% adherence to local and state-level Out-of-Home (OOH) regulations.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years proven track record in high-stakes Sales, Business Development, Property/Site Acquisition, or Government Liaison. Experience in Telecom, Real Estate, or Retail Rollout is highly valued.
  • Skills: Strong communication and proven negotiation skills with both property owners and government officials.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, process-driven, and capable of working independently to meet strict clearance deadlines.
