Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Junior Project Coordinator. The selected candidate will assist in managing project schedules, monitor project progress, and coordinate with teams to ensure timely deliverables. They will support documentation processes, maintain project records, and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders. Additionally, the Junior Project Coordinator will help identify challenges and propose solutions to ensure smooth project execution while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, documentation, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to handle project challenges effectively.
  • Basic understanding of construction, residential, and commercial development industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
