Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, coordinating between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal team members. 
  • Coordinate project management activities and drawings.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinating with a team and consultants like electrical, plumbing, structure.
  • Should have experience in coordinating between various consultants for dwgs of residential buildings.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Address and resolve client and project-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff and assist in the coordination of team activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.
  • Should have completed at least one project from start to end.
  • Should have experience in vendor finalisation and rate finalisation for various finishing items.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Open to Travel to Panvel
  • STRONG command on Auto-cad. Tests will be taken to check the speed. 
  • Should have coordinated the MEP dwgs & RCC dwgs and Arch Dwgs for at least 1 residential project start to end of project of minimum 10 storey building.
  • Basic comment, Drawing check, Area measuring, structure changes, inhouse changes.

Office Time - 10AM - 6:30PM

Working Days - 5 Days (Saturday half day & Sunday Off).

Education – BE. Civil
