Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales for luxury residential apartment projects in Hyderabad
  • Generate leads through walk-ins, site visits, channel partners, digital platforms, and referrals
  • Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client negotiations
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inventory
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers
  • Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for documentation and closure
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closures from enquiries
  • Update daily sales activities, lead status, and reports in CRM
  • Participate in sales promotions, events, and property exhibitions

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in selling luxury residential projects
  • Knowledge of real estate sales process, documentation, and RERA norms
  • Customer-focused approach with good presentation skills
  • Ability to work at site office and handle walk-in customers
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Profile:

  • Should have any Graduation or MBA, Marketing will be preferred
  • Should have 3 to 8 Yrs. of experience in Real Estate Sales, Premium / Luxury apartments.
  • Candidates with experience in premium / luxury residential projects
  • Local Hyderabad market knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Immediate to short notice joiners preferred
