Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Real Estate Pre Sale Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time role focuses on engaging potential clients and facilitating the initial stages of the real estate sales process. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pre-sales and the necessary skills to thrive in a competitive real estate market.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in real-estate pre sales processes ensuring strategic client engagement and conversion. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with CRM software for tracking and managing customer interactions effectively.
- Strong client negotiation skills to navigate discussions and secure favorable terms for the company.
- Ability to utilize lead generation tools to identify and connect with potential clients efficiently.
- Knowledge in real estate market analysis to understand market trends and provide insights during sales.
- Familiarity with virtual tour technology to offer clients immersive property showcases.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
- Proven competence in client relationship management to foster long-term business relationships and ensure satisfaction.
