Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the
    complete sales life cycle
    — from the first client inquiry to post-sale follow-ups and closure.
  • Engage and convert leads
    shared by the digital marketing team through effective communication, relationship management, and product understanding.
  • Initiate communication with potential buyers through
    welcome messages, emails, and calls
    to establish trust and rapport.
  • Conduct
    site visits
    with clients, ensuring a premium experience throughout their journey.
  • Deliver persuasive
    sales presentations
    highlighting the project's key features, location benefits, and luxury appeal.
  • Maintain and update all
    client interactions, visit logs, and follow-ups in CRM software
    (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Handle
    continuous follow-ups
    , manage client queries, and close deals within expected timelines.
  • Coordinate internally with CRM, Finance, and Management teams to ensure
    smooth post-booking processes
    .
  • Prepare
    daily and weekly reports
    detailing lead status, client engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Build and sustain
    strong relationships with HNI clients
    to generate referrals and long-term engagement.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Experience:
    0–2 years in real estate or high-value sales (Luxury property sales preferred).
  • Must have
    CRM handling experience
    (lead management, follow-up, and reporting).
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    (written and verbal) – mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to manage
    high-ticket sales conversations
    confidently.
  • Good proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Willing to work on weekends and flexible for client schedules (week off on Tuesday).
  • Must have
    own transportation
    (transport allowance provided for site visits).
