JOB DESCRIPTION OF SALES MANAGER
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of real estate Channel Partners, Direct Sales Teams, developing sales strategies, motivating their team to achieve sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, providing training and support, generate detailed sales reports to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement and ensure successful property listings and sales within a designated area, all while maintaining client relationships and market knowledge.
Required skills for a Sales Manager:
l Strong leadership and motivational skills
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
l In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
l Sales and negotiation expertise
l Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
l Proven track record of successful sales performance
l Plan and direct sales team training
l Setting sales targets and goals
l Ability to achieve growth and exceed sales targets as per timelines
Education and Experience Requirements:
l Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
l MBA preferred
l Eightto ten years of over all sales experience.
l Two to three years of experience as sales manager in Real Estate selling Luxury Villas /Apartments would be an advantage
l Proven track record of excellent sales performance
l Language proficiency in English,Telugu& Hindi is a must
Compensation:
- Salary will be at par with the industry + PLI ( Performance Linked Incentives )
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
