What You'll Be Doing (Your Superpowers )

 Lead Generation & Follow-ups:

  • Connect with potential buyers through calls, emails, and site visits.
  • Follow up on leads, understand client requirements, and offer the best property solutions.

 Property Sales & Consultation:

  • Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers.
  • Conduct property tours, explain features, and help clients make informed decisions.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

 Market Research & Strategy:

  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Suggest innovative sales strategies to boost conversions.

 Client Relationship Management:

  • Built strong relationships with clients and provided excellent after-sales support.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients for future business opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed:

 Experience: 1-3 years in real estate sales (freshers with strong sales skills are welcome)

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 Communication: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

 Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and online property listings.

 Self-Motivated: Passion for sales and achieving targets.
