Job Description:
  1. The working time will vary between 10-11 hours depending on the work load with 4 days off in a month.
  2. You will be single person responsible for handling of about 80 customers/ counters. Your job requires to collect orders from them on the daily basis and send to dispatch team. Followed by monitoring deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. The most crucial part of your job is the cash collection from shops, and cash deposition in bank/office/forex bureau. Here you have to collect cash on daily basis from more than 40 counters.
  4. You must take all safety measures during cash collection specially ensuring proper cash counting and efficient placement in your bag, before issuing payment receipt to customer.
  5. We have all insurances to cover theft but that is limited to the fact that manager was not negligent on his part.
  6. In Uganda, your area of operation will be wholesale markets which are highly congested. So, special care has to be taken for safety of cash and other assets.
  7. If you are given the charge of upcountry markets; then you will have to travel to different stations in public transport. Touring can stretch up to 22 days in a month.
  8. The validity of this contract is 2 years. Contract can be further renewed after that on the basis of mutual discussion.
  9. If employment is not continued for whatever be the reason, then you will not work in our business area for further 5 years, as mutually agreed. That means after leaving the employment from our company, you cannot work in East Africa in any field in any capacity.
  10. The notice period for termination of service (both by the company and employee) between the periods of contract is 1 month. If you withdraw your services between that, then all the expenses made by company on your account will have to be paid.
  11. You will have to travel on company work and you will be reimbursed the expenses as per actual as per company's policy.
  12. Upon the completion of the contract you are required to return all assets, property such as documents, data, files, books etc.
  13. During your service with the company, you are expected to devote your whole time and attention to company's affairs and prohibited from directly/indirectly engaging in any other business activity.
  14. You are expected to maintain thorough confidentiality of all matters concerning the company and its related matters.


Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
1. Min age 35, higher age is preferred.
2. Understanding of English and hindi both are required. Fluency can be neglected.
3. Candidate who has never gone for an overseas assignment/job is preferred.
4. Candidates should be having hands on approach. Our all jobs are blue collared, and employees have to work themselves on production floor/ markets. there is no planning/management or office jobs.
6. We prefer candidates from small or mid size companies.
