Key Account Manager

Asianet is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive Enterprise Business growth. The role requires building and nurturing client relationships, aligning business needs with advanced technology solutions, and consistently achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and skilled in account management with a proven track record in B2B sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Customers, understanding their business objectives.
- Align client requirements with cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Perform daily customer visits & update Asianet Account Information System (CVR).
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Act as a single point of contact for customer issues and feedback, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Create & execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Provide market insights by staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to deliver seamless solutions.
- Ensure 100% compliance with CAF/Customer Documentation and timely payment collection.Role & responsibilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate, preferably MBA.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Key Account Management, Sales, or Client-facing roles.
- Industry Preference: Telecom, ISP, or Technology sector.
Skills Required:
Strong account management, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strategic mindset with understanding of market trends and industry movements.
