Manager Resort Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Resort Sales Manager to join our sales team at Ahmedabad & Bangalore location. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth for the hotel.
*Key Responsibilities: *
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase Resort revenue
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and services
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond promptly to their inquiries
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager
*Requirements: *
Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
