We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Resort Sales Manager to join our sales team at Ahmedabad & Bangalore location. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth for the hotel.

*Key Responsibilities: *

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase Resort revenue

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

  • Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and services

  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond promptly to their inquiries

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager

*Requirements: *

  • Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
