Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Guest Relations, based in Indore. The Assistant Manager will ensure superior guest experiences and satisfaction by managing front-line guest interactions and resolving any queries or complaints promptly. Key responsibilities include maintaining guest relationships, addressing guest feedback with professionalism, overseeing customer service initiatives, and ensuring high-quality service standards. The role also includes coordinating with different departments to provide seamless service and a memorable stay for guests. The Assistant Manager will take the initiative to train and mentor staff to uphold the hotel's "Yours Truly" standard of hospitality excellence.

  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive guest interactions
  • Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service and addressing customer needs effectively
  • Proficiency in staff Training and mentoring to maintain consistent service standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the hotel industry, with a focus on guest-facing roles
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and coordinate across departments
