What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to expert for JustCall users, tackling queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and even lead live screen-share sessions to save the day.
  • Escalate tricky cases with full context so Product & Engineering teams can fix fast.
  • Spot trends, flag recurring issues, and influence product improvements.
  • Keep customers updated with clear, empathetic communication.
  • Contribute to FAQs, Help Center articles, and troubleshooting guides to make support smarter for everyone.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year in product/tech support (bonus if SaaS or app support).
  • Experience with chat, email, and phone support.
  • Familiarity with Intercom, JIRA, MaestroQA (extra points if you know APIs & webhooks).
  • Strong English communication (both written & spoken).
  • Tech-savvy, empathetic, and able to explain complex stuff in simple words.
  • A multitasker who thrives under pressure and loves problem-solving.
