Key Account Manager - Renewable Energy
Job Description:
Responsible for managing strategic client relationships and ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction. Acts as the primary point of contact for high-value customers in the renewable energy domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Understand client needs and propose tailored renewable energy solutions
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare account plans, forecasts, and reports
- Resolve client issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Negotiate contracts and renewals
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or Energy Management
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in renewable energy
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
- Strategic thinking and client engagement
- Knowledge of solar, wind, or hybrid energy systems
