Key Account Manager - Renewable Energy

Job Description:

Responsible for managing strategic client relationships and ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction. Acts as the primary point of contact for high-value customers in the renewable energy domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored renewable energy solutions
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare account plans, forecasts, and reports
  • Resolve client issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or Energy Management
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in renewable energy

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Strategic thinking and client engagement
  • Knowledge of solar, wind, or hybrid energy systems
