BeAbhika Studio, Delhi (near Azadpur/Ashok Vihar)


Work Schedule:
Full-time | 6 days a week | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM


Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Your Role:

As a
Customer Experience Representative
, you'll be the heart of our customer journey — the friendly voice (and smile) that bridges our design team and our clients. Every chat, call, and DM you handle will shape how customers feel about BeAbhika — and that's where your creative spark comes in

What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for customers — managing DMs, chats, and calls with warmth and flair.

Work closely with the
design team
to communicate ideas, updates, and customization details.

Plan and execute fun and thoughtful
CRM & email activities
to strengthen customer relationships.

Handle day-to-day operations like
refunds, returns, feedback, and product suggestions
smoothly.

Spot opportunities to make the BeAbhika experience even more memorable — from packaging ideas to post-purchase delight.

You're Perfect For This If You:

  • Love fashion, jewelry, and creative conversations.
  • Are fluent in
    English and Hindi
    (any additional language is a plus).
  • Write and speak with clarity, empathy, and enthusiasm.
  • Are organized, dependable, and proactive when solving customer queries.
  • Have experience in customer service or fashion-related roles (bonus points for that extra style sense).
