Role Overview:
Eeki is seeking a passionate and experienced Unit Manager to join our team. He is responsible for the overall management and operation of an agricultural unit (such as a farm or a specific production section). This includes ensuring optimal crop or livestock production, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and adhering to company standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day farm operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Manage and supervise agricultural workers and laborers, ensuring proper allocation of work and adherence to daily work rosters.
- Prepare daily rosters and allocate tasks based on skill, priority, and seasonal needs.
- Monitor progress and quality of work performed by the farm team and provide timely feedback or corrective action.
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to SOPs.
- Develop and implement both short- and long-term operational plans to meet production goals.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes or labor usage and propose actionable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports related to production output, labor utilization, stock, and resources.
- Monitor stock levels of seeds, tools, fertilizers, and equipment; manage requisitions and usage to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of farm equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with procurement, agronomy, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
Skills required:
Bachelor's degree in
Agriculture
or
Horticulture
(mandatory)
Minimum
2 years of hands-on experience in poly house farming
Strong proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, Word, etc.) and basic computer usage
Excellent
communication skills
(verbal and written)
Proven
team management
experience with the ability to lead field workers effectively
Strong
problem-solving mindset
and ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Location: Lakheri farm near Kota , Rajasthan

Salary -Between 20 k pm - 25k pm CTC
