Job Purpose

To investigate post the market surveillance activities, identify and investigate abnormal trading practices, initiate suitable action, and create reports based on said investigation.

Key Result Areas

  • Daily / Weekly/ Monthly Surveillance & investigation related activities / internal reports/new/ existing clients/SEBI Debarred Entities/ Client -Member profiling.
  • Conducting Snap or detailed investigations
  • Trade and order analysis
  • Algo based trading monitoring, developing reports, processing of alerts.
  • Knowledge of Excel, tableau, power BI, Python
  • Developing, Testing and deployment of reports in Power BI, tableau, python
  • Detect and investigate potential market manipulations and identify patterns
  • Well versed with SEBI circulars and implementing the same

Educational Qualification

  • MBA (in finance), CA, CS

Experience


• 5 to 8 years of total experience with relevant experience of 3-5 years

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of equity and equity derivatives market
  • Knowledge of tools and programming used for analysis and report creation.

Functional Competencies required

  • Knowledge and understanding of Exchange ecosystem and operations
  • Integrating market knowledge with technical expertise for report automation
  • Analytical thinker with detailed research proficiencies
  • Pro-active and result oriented field
