The core team includes experienced leaders from IIT, IIM, Myntra and Meesho.

Responsibilities:
We are building the marketing team at Furrl, and you will be part of an exciting journey of building this product from scratch. We are looking for smart and driven fashionists who are quick to learn, passionate about marketing and retail, and excited about the 0 to 1 journey.
You will expand and enhance the brand's presence online, within communities, and across the app experience with a content-first approach.
Brand & Content Marketing
- Build and strengthen Furrl's brand identity across all marketing channels — social, digital, and on-app.
- Strategize, plan, and execute weekly content calendars for social media and other brand touchpoints.
- Create and curate engaging content — visuals, videos, and copies — that reflect Furrl's tone and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency across campaigns.
- Create content for marketing newsletters and build strategic content Partnerships.
- Own customer communication templates and customer delight strategies on and off the app. This includes innovative content interventions to increase engagement on-app.
- Build the brand's presence in relevant communities — identify, engage, and collaborate with fashion, lifestyle, and D2C communities (online and offline) to grow awareness and partnerships.
● Market Research & Insights
- Conduct research on fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies in the D2C and e-commerce space.
- Analyze insights and share recommendations to strengthen brand positioning and creative strategy.
Requirements:
● BBA / BCom degree in Marketing or related fields. MBA degree is desirable but not necessary.
● 2-4 years of experience in
marketing, brand, or content roles
, preferably in a
consumer, D2C, or fashion/e-commerce
setup.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated content writing experience.
● Should be proficient in image and video editing such as creating and editing posts, reels etc. using tools like Canva.
● Should have a keen eye and interest in new-age fashion.
● A proactive, creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Have your own social media following or experience creating lifestyle/fashion content.
- Have prior experience in influencer management or brand collaborations.
- Enjoy startup environments and thrive in 0-to-1 journeys with end-to-end ownership
