About The Role:

Brand Marketing job at Treebo
involves crafting and executing strategies to build and enhance the Treebo brand's identity, visibility, and customer loyalty
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Brand Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen Treebo's market presence and align with organizational goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by overseeing the development and application of brand guidelines.
- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Spearhead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, both digital and offline, to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Spearhead the collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Consumer Insights and Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform brand strategy and campaign planning.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to differentiate Treebo in the hospitality space.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the central point of contact for all brand-related activities, managing internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Agency Management:
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and external agencies to drive content for social media, influencer marketing and other verticals.
- Guide and review the work of agencies and creative teams to ensure the highest quality output.
- Budget Management:
- Strategically plan, manage, and optimize the brand marketing budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively for maximum ROI.
- Handle end-to-end invoicing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Brand Advocacy:
- Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally, fostering a culture of brand advocacy among employees and stakeholders.
- Team Mentorship:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships.
- Proficient in identifying target audiences and crafting impactful, result-driven campaigns
