What You'll Do:

  • Own and grow Setu's social media presence — content calendar, creative direction, engagement, growth hacks.
  • Craft & execute brand campaigns; shape positioning, messaging, creative, media mix.
  • Partner with Product Marketing for new launches: go-to-market, launch creatives, materials.
  • Thought leadership: working with D91 content team on blogs, whitepapers, webinars, podcasts.
  • Content creation: collaborating with writers, designers, video producers. Multi-format work.
  • Manage media channels like webinars, video, events, online/offline content.
  • Track & measure campaign / brand metrics. Learn fast, iterate, improve.

What We Want From You:

  • 2-4 years in brand / marketing / communications roles (preferably tech / fintech / high-growth).
  • Strong storytelling instincts + creative flair.
  • Versatility: long & short form content, video, events.
  • Collaborative: you'll work across product, marketing, content, creative teams.
  • Analytical mindset: metrics, feedback loops, continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity & ownership. You'll define many processes.
