Role and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct effective and efficient meetings with assigned gynecologists and obstetricians as per monthly benchmark.
  • Engage in discussions with doctors on the latest stem cell science advancements, gather feedback, and build rapport with support staff.
  • Identify key accounts and establish partnerships with hospitals, maternity clinics, and birthing centers to foster mutual business development.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies effectively in the assigned territory.
  • Create awareness about blood stem cell banking and its importance through in-person counseling with expectant parents visiting assigned maternity clinics and hospitals.
  • Distribute educational materials to the target group during OPD time to generate interest in our products and services.
  • Collect relevant details of the target group to facilitate formal presentations.
  • Enter all leads in the company's lead management system on a daily basis.
  • Execute monthly targets of antenatal classes and other field marketing activities in assigned clinics and hospitals.
  • Give presentations to expectant parents both offline and online, including weekends.
  • Achieve the assigned sales target communicated from time to time.
  • Ensure satisfactory post-sales service to clients and doctors.
  • Project a positive and professional image of the company in the field and among stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives to generate potential leads and convert them into enrollments.
  • Share market intelligence inputs such as competitor activities, stakeholder feedback, and market situation to reporting managers and superiors.
  • Regularly visit key opinion leaders from the assigned portfolio and arrange in-person meetings with reporting managers and senior hierarchy.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by superiors and the company.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Presentable appearance.
  • Zeal to pursue a career in Sales/Business Development.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to work late evenings and weekends.
