Role & responsibilities

  • Collect, compile, and analyze HR data and metrics to support HR initiatives and business objectives.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on headcount, attrition, recruitment metrics, and employee engagement trends.
  • Support HRBP and Talent Acquisition teams with workforce analytics, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
  • Assist in HR process audits and ensure data accuracy across HR systems (HRMS, ATS, payroll).
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Identify trends and recommend solutions or process improvements based on analysis.
  • Support compensation benchmarking, manpower budgeting, and performance management analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Payroll, and Operations) for HR data consolidation and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in an HR Analytics, HR Operations, or HRMIS role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HRMS/HRIS platforms (ZOHO Recruiter)
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables.
