POSITION: Sales Executive

QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATIONS:Any Graduate

EXPERIENCE: 3 to 4 Years in the EV Industry

LOCATION: Varanasi / Agra / Punjab-Haryana Region

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Dealer Prospect Scouting Mapping locations and data of all competitor dealerships in the assigned region.
  • Appointment Process – Conducting MOMs with defined timelines, dealer deposits, and LOIs.
  • Regional Sales Planning – Preparing and executing sales plans to achieve regional targets.
  • CI Norms Execution – Overseeing showroom finalization, size, board, and interior setup as per specifications.
  • Dealer Manpower Training – Conducting training on enquiry analysis, activity planning, and conversion tracking.
  • Dealership Launch Planning – Managing launch timelines, dignitary coordination, promotions, and deliveries.
  • Dealership Manpower & Training Planning – Structuring incentive programs, daily target reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Dealer Handover Process – Managing dealership handover with introductions and MOMs on annual commitments with the DD team.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Experience in Automotive / EV sector with exposure to network development & sales in companies like Vespa, Yamaha, or other EV 2W brands.
  • Strong understanding of profiling, location mapping, and dealership documentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with sound market knowledge.
  • Must possess an existing network to initiate business activities immediately.
  • Proven skills in man management, team motivation, and training.
  • Target-driven, with a focus on achieving both primary and secondary sales goals.
  • Proficient in planning and executing regional sales strategies and promotional activities.
