Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Hospitality to spearhead client acquisition and relationship-building efforts. The role will focus on identifying hotel owners, building trusted connections, and converting them into long-term clients for Enara Global's asset management and consulting services.
This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives on networking, has strong knowledge of the hospitality sector, and is motivated by driving tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Identify:
Map and research potential hotels across India (and targeted international markets), with a focus on independent owners and investor groups. - Outreach & Engagement:
Initiate conversations with hotel owners and decision-makers, introducing Enara Global's services and value proposition. - Client Acquisition:
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle – from pitch presentations to negotiations and signing service agreements. - Relationship Building:
Develop long-term trusted relationships with hotel owners, positioning Enara Global as a partner in their success. - Market Intelligence:
Track hospitality industry trends, competitor activities, and owner needs to inform strategy and positioning. - Collaboration:
Work closely with Enara Global's leadership team to align business development activities with the firm's growth priorities. - Targets & Reporting:
Achieve monthly/quarterly client acquisition goals and provide regular progress updates to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business development in OTA, Travel Trade or Hotel or sales management roles.
- Strong network within the hospitality and hotel ownership community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade fairs, and brand representation.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
