Key Responsibilities:

· Data Collection and Preparation:

o Collect, extract, and consolidate data from multiple sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.

o Assist in data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

o Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data extraction processes and maintain data quality standards.

· Analysis and Reporting:

o Support the development and maintenance of BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

o Conduct routine data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.

o Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses in response to specific business inquiries or requests from stakeholders.

· Business Insights and Recommendations:

o Assist in translating business requirements into analytical solutions by understanding stakeholder needs and objectives.

o Contribute to the interpretation of data findings and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data-driven recommendations.

· Documentation and Documentation:

o Document data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility of analyses.

o Maintain documentation of BI reports, dashboards, and data models for future reference and auditing purposes.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in a data-focused role, preferably in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related areas.

· Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

· Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

· Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

· Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the field of Business Intelligence.
