Job Overview:

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business analysis activities, gathering requirements, and contributing to the implementation of solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with senior business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and translate requirements into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation analysis.
• Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Process Mapping: Support the mapping of current and future state business processes using tools such as flowcharts, diagrams, and process models.
• Documentation: Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including business requirement documents, user stories, and test cases.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards before deployment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address issues or concerns.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to support project planning and decision-making.
• Reporting and Presentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing analysis findings, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Support Project Management: Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, and managing project documentation and deliverables.
• Learning and Development: Actively seek opportunities to learn about business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques through training sessions, mentorship, and self-study.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and logically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new tools and software applications.
• Basic understanding of business processes, data analysis concepts, and project management principles.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to the team's success.
• Previous internship experience or coursework related to business analysis, data analysis, or project management is a plus.
