About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in translating business needs into actionable insights, leveraging strong analytical skills and expertise in tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
  • Perform complex data analysis using Advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and advanced formulas) to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct process mapping and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by presenting insights in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, VBA/macros).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
