Role Description

This is a full-time (in-office) role for a Business Analyst based in Mumbai
. The Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze business processes, and identify and implement process solutions that aligns with dMACQ solutions. Responsibilities include performing detailed analysis, liaising with sales and technical teams to design solutions, creating project documentation, and supporting the implementation of business solutions. Business Analyst will also be involved in application configurations, deployments, project management and training, and post implementation process support. As a Business Analyst you will be in a client facing role - spanning pre-sales, sales and post sales activities.
The role entails travelling both locally and overseas, depending on projects.
The role also involves communication and collaboration across teams to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise
  • Proficiency in understanding and documenting Business Processes and Requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions
  • Experience with enterprise-grade systems or digital transformation projects is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Problem-solving mindset and detail-oriented approach
  • Certifications relevant to project management, business analyst skills.
  • You will have
    atleast

2 years
of experience as a Business Analyst in a large corporate or a tech B2B enterprise software company.
- You will be reporting to Sr. BA/Project Manager and work as a part of dMACQ project team.
