ZenTrades is a growing product startup with a strong foundation in delivering AI-powered SaaS solutions (CRM + ERP) for Field Service Management. Our core focus is towards creating the future of Field Service Management, where trade service professionals will effortlessly harness the power of technology to streamline their operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth, thereby revolutionizing the trade services industry operations. ZenTrades' founding team comprises young engineers from top-tier universities such as UW Madison, and UC Berkeley alumni with solid domain knowledge having built top-notch products and implemented them at Fortune 500 companies.
The team is headquartered in Seattle, US and has its office in Pune, MH. With its robust CRM+ERP platform featuring a modular software architecture and integrated Generative AI capabilities, ZenTrades delivers a trade-specific operating system that caters to the unique needs of each trade. ZenTrades empowers tradesmen with an AI assistant, LISA (co-pilot), to enhance their sales and service capabilities using Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with our founders and leadership team on projects that impact company growth.
- Be part of a team building something truly meaningful and redefining an entire industry.
- Collaborate across teams to design go-to-market strategies, form partnerships, and track key initiatives (OKRs, etc.).
- Take on special projects aligned with our top priorities at different stages of growth.
- Learn how cutting-edge SaaS products are transforming the home services industry in North America.
- Experience what it's like to scale a company in a fast-moving startup environment.
Your Day-to-Day
- Reach out to potential clients through calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and explain how ZenTrades can help.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Follow up with leads to keep engagement high.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
Skills
- Strong communication and listening skills — both written and verbal.
- Organized, disciplined, and proactive in follow-ups.
- A B.Tech or equivalent undergraduate degree (preferred).
- Professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information.
- A calm, composed attitude even under pressure.
- A self-starter mindset — someone who takes initiative and ownership.
- Good time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment.
- Solid data analytics and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Adaptable to changing circumstances and time zones (you'll work in US hours: 5:30 PM–3:00 AM IST, from Pune).
