We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing retail loan team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling financial products, generating leads, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell retail loan products Generate leads through field visit
  • Build relationships with potential customers
  • Conduct customer profiling, eligibility checks, and loan documentation assistance
  • Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular performance reports
  • Coordinate with the credit and operations team for timely disbursement
  • Attend customer queries and offer solutions proactively

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 years of experience in loan sales or financial product marketing

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude

· Familiarity with loan lifecycle, eligibility criteria, and KYC norms

· Comfortable with fieldwork and customer interaction

· Basic computer proficiency

Preferred:

  • Experience in microfinance, or small lending companies
  • Female Candidate preferred
