Profile Overview
The mission for Product Marketing at Rocketlane is simple and twofold:
- How do we enable anyone marketing or selling Rocketlane to do right by the product we build?
- And how do we find the people who need us most, and show them the better world we're building for them?
If you love challenging the status quo and crafting narratives that rewire how people think, Rocketlane's Product Marketing team is the place for you.
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who's not just great at go-to-market, but wants to shape what we take to market and why. This isn't a "run the launch" role. It's a "make the impact repeatable" role. You'll fix what's not working, scale what is, and help us build a stronger, sharper GTM engine.
You'll start by speaking with customers to uncover insights, develop clear messaging, and build narratives that drive awareness, adoption, and understanding of the problems we're solving.
Product Marketing at Rocketlane is deeply woven into how we build, launch, and grow. You'll work across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with Product on go-to-market strategy, enabling Sales with what they need to win, working with customer acquisition to gather market feedback, and helping customers understand exactly how we help them succeed.
It's a high-visibility, cross-functional role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments where curiosity and execution go hand in hand. You'll be joining a sharp, supportive team that's thoughtful about the craft and ambitious about the impact.
What you will do?
- Conduct deep buyer and customer research to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities that shape messaging, GTM, and product direction
- Obsess over removing friction across the customer journey, and for internal teams who bring that journey to life
- Drive competitive intelligence to sharpen positioning, differentiation, and sales strategy
- Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our ICP and sets us apart
- Plan and execute product and feature launches that drive awareness, adoption, and business impact
- Operate with craft and care, we ship work we're proud to put our names on
You should apply :
- Has 5-7 years of experience in product marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Thinks and operates with high agency and is relentlessly resourceful: moves fast, unblocks themselves, and drives progress without waiting for permission
- Leads with empathy, loves building bridges across teams to work towards common goals
- Able to grasp how the product works and how customers derive value from it
- Has exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity
- Is deeply curious and driven to understand the "why" behind customer behavior, product decisions, and business outcomes
