Seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a strategic mindset and deep product expertise to join our team in Chennai.

What You Will Do

  • Develop market-driven strategies tailored to customer needs and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct competition benchmarking and build detailed market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with global product management teams to align on strategy and execution.
  • Lead new product launches, ensuring effective positioning and adoption.
  • Provide training to internal teams and support sales with customer insights.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand emerging trends in access and glass hardware solutions.

What Were Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing / Product Management within hardware, architectural solutions, or glass fittings industries.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a proven track record of product growth.
  • Experience in competitive benchmarking and anticipating market trends.
  • Technical competency in handling products and creating go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment with strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Preferred Background

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Industry experience with Access Hardware (Door Hardware, Fire Doors) or Glass Hardware (Interior Glass Fittings, Demountable Partitions, Toughened Glass Fittings).
  • Exposure to brands such as Assa Abloy, Geze, Hettich, Hafele, 3M, Fisher, Saint-Gobain, JEB, Kubik, Vetrotech, Schco is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and market analysis platforms.
